Manuel Cabero was one of those young entrepreneurs, with a courageous nature and ambitious personality, who refused to fulfil what destiny had mapped out for him. At just 17 years of age and nothing more than a suitcase full of dreams, he moved to Barcelona to build a better future and make his dreams reality. He initially combined all kinds of jobs to earn a living, doing a wide variety of work, first gaining a foothold in this sector selling hairnets and hairspray.
He quickly realised that it was the business world that fascinated him and gradually increased the range of products he sold. His entrepreneurial spirit and non-conformity led him to chase his great dream: to create a line of hair cosmetics for professionals. At the start of the 1970s, stemming from his great perseverance and discipline, but above all his passion, he created CAROBELS, a friendly company designed by and for professionals.
For over 30 years now, Manuel has been at the head of Carobels, running it and defending essential values such as effort, dedication, commitment and approachability, but never losing sight of innovation and quality. Caring for the customer has been a primordial objective at every level in the organisation. A second generation has now taken the helm, with a clear focus on international expansion and a strong commitment to image and quality. Carobels is constantly working to conquer new markets abroad. Here its aim is to be an ambassador for quality and the values of the “Spain” brand (passion, friendliness, excellence, trust, unity, collaboration, professionalism, creativity, innovation and lifestyle).
